Conducted under India's BRICS Chairship 2026 brought together member nations to talk about talent development, innovation, and technology adoption in the MSME sector. Participants shared best practices and policy experiences for resolving shared issues and fostering progress powered by technology. The significance of digital inclusion, innovation commercialisation, and creating human resources prepared for the workforce were all highlighted in the discussions. Member countries emphasised MSMEs' contribution to inclusive development, employment, and economic prosperity. In order to support the objective of creating a robust and globally competitive MSME sector, the summit strengthened BRICS collaboration in technology access, skill development, and innovation.
