The report also indicates a rise in medical recruiting, driven by telemedicine, diagnostics, and specialized nursing, with healthcare analyst roles expanding as well. HR and administrative roles have increased by 21% in the past three months. All 13 tracked cities showed annual growth, with Coimbatore leading at 58%. The top cities for AI recruitment were Bengaluru, Pune, and Delhi/ NCR. Tier-II and III cities accounted for 30% of healthcare job growth, reflecting India's adaptive labor market and AI's growing importance.
