He emphasized the need to strengthen relationships for mutual benefit and global growth. Sullivan engaged in in-depth discussions with Indian authorities about the US-India Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technologies (iCET) to enhance collaboration. This visit follows India's External Affairs Minister's recent trip to the United States.
