Summary:

JSW Energy's subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy, has received a Letter of Award from NTPC for a 300MW wind-solar hybrid project, bringing the company's total generation capacity to 16.7 GW. The portfolio includes 7.5 GW in operation, 2.3 GW under development, a 6.9 GW renewable energy pipeline, and 4.2 GWh of energy storage capacity.

 

JSW Renew Energy Twenty Ltd has secured a 300 MW solar power purchase agreement with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development. With a tariff of US$ 0.034 (Rs. 2.89)/kWh, the Pavagada Solar Park project is expected to be operational within 18 months. JSW Energy aims to achieve 20 GW in generation and 40 GWh in storage by 2030, with a goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
