Software Application Developers will see the largest increase, with 109,700 new jobs. Systems Software Developers and Data Engineers will create 48,800 and 48,500 jobs, respectively. Positions for Web Developers, Data Analysts, and Software Testers will also rise, from 45,300 to 48,500. Generative AI is transforming IT occupations by automating tasks and improving efficiency, while programs like 'RiseUp with ServiceNow' are closing the skills gap.
