He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership since 2014 for advancing space missions and unlocking scientific potential. With around 300 space startups emerging and the sector projected to grow from $8 billion to $44 billion, he introduced Space Vision 2047, which includes the Bharatiya Antariksha Station by 2035 and lunar landings by 2040.
