Summary:

The office sector in Delhi is poised for tremendous growth, with several new complexes planned. The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) will complete a 3.2-million-square-foot World Trade Centre in South Delhi, while Bharti Realty, GMR, and the Prestige Group are adding more than 10 million square feet in Aerocity. Delhi's existing 9 million square feet of office space is expected to expand, attracting businesses seeking Grade A buildings with higher rents.

Prestige Group's first commercial project in Delhi, the Prestige Trade Tower near the airport, is part of a 7.7-acre mixed-use development in Aerocity. It will encompass 2 million square feet, including 932 hotel rooms, 645,000 square feet of office space, and a 200,000-square-foot convention center. Bharti Realty is developing around 6.5 million square feet of office space with a $787.3 million (Rs 6,595 crore) investment, which will also include retail space and one of the region's largest malls.
