In order to improve service delivery for exporters, importers, and trade stakeholders by providing seamless digital access to trade resources, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has established a new integrated website for the Department of Commerce (DoC). The platform ensures safe and uniform digital governance by adhering to GIGW and DBIM 3.0 standards. To enhance accessibility and real-time support, a bilingual mobile app with GPS-enabled services and offline access has also been released for both iOS and Android. Through the Bhashini API, the ecosystem incorporates trade information, parliamentary updates, grievance redressal, and multilingual support in 22 languages. By integrating with the TIA Portal, CPGRAMS, and Parliament systems, it strengthens e-governance, facilitates trade, and makes doing business in India easier while increasing transparency, decreasing manual processes, and improving decision-making.
