According to the survey, more workers have entered structured flexi-staffing roles as a result of increased formalisation of employment, which has improved job access for recent graduates and first-time job searchers. Additionally, the sector promotes agile talent solutions for companies and more stable economic conditions. Growth was further accelerated in FY26 by a high demand for IT personnel.
