Key Lease Terms

Total Security deposit from OPRL Biosciences Pvt Ltd will be equal to 10% of the total asset value. Ownership of the assets remains with LLP (SPV formed for this purpose), in case of termination of lease by lessee GHL India will take the possession of the Assets. As per the lease agreement, maintenance and repair cost of the equipment /devices during the lease tenure will bear by OPRL Bioscience. Also your assets are insured against any theft and damages. The lease rent is secured by post-dated cheques

• OPRL requires Input Materials for Medical Diagnostic Testing Kits and Ultra Violet Illuminator Apparatus. Total Security deposit from OPRL Biosciences Pvt Ltd will be equal to 10% of the total asset value

• For the year 2019-20 The company’s total turnover of the year Rs.2.1 Crore. Rs.80 Lakhs revenue generated before tax.
•For the year 2020-21 The Company’s total turnover of the year Rs. 3.2 Crores Rs.1.2 Crores revenue generated before tax.
