- Total Security deposit from OPRL Biosciences Pvt Ltd will be equal to 10% of the total asset value.
- Ownership of the assets remains with LLP (SPV formed for this purpose), in case of termination of lease by lessee GHL India will take the possession of the Assets.
- As per the lease agreement, maintenance and repair cost of the equipment /devices during the lease tenure will bear by OPRL Bioscience. Also your assets are insured against any theft and damages. The lease rent is secured by post-dated cheques
