Another 2 properties are under negotiation for price. Post infrastructure development the property will be coming under operation. INDO-WESTERN Properties Private Limited is availing the lease of sold plot and utilizing for developing resorts, refreshing rooms and farming activities. The revenue of the business activities is shared with the land owners as lease rental. Hence the buyer of the land started getting revenue of the land asset.

Key terms on Lease

Total Security deposit from INDO-WESTERN Properties Private Limited will be equal to 10% of the total asset value. Ownership of the assets remains with LLP(SPV formed for this purpose), in case of termination of lease by lessee GHL India will take the possession of the Assets. As per the lease agreement, maintenance and repair cost of the properties during the lease tenure will bear by INDO-WESTERN Properties Private Limited. However, GHL India insures the assets for benefit of the investors.
