Xaria Technologies and Thots2it technology are jointly developing a real estate oriented fintech project which will act as a connecting platform for real estate related asset buyers and sellers.
As well as the platform will act as an alternate investment for investors on PAN India basis.
This startup fintech project is expected to be a notable Unicorn Project (USD 1 Billion Valuation) in real estate sector within a period of two to three years.
Xaria Technologies and Thots2it technology acquired the service contract for development and maintenance of the project.

Key terms

• Total Security deposit from Pvt Ltd will be equal to 10% of the total asset value.

• Ownership of the assets remains with LLP (SPV formed for this purpose), in case of termination of lease by lessee GHL India will take the possession of the Assets.

• LLP will take physical possession of the assets in case of termination of the sale agreement

• Complete compensation in case of loss of the materials will be the responsibility of the company
