Notable projects include Rang Ghar (Assam), Matsyagandha Lake (Bihar), and new developments in Porvorim (Goa) and Orchha (Madhya Pradesh).

By October 15, 2024, 87 proposals totaling over US$ 946.7 million (Rs. 8,000 crore) had been received, with 40 projects selected.
