Traditional courier services, which currently handle about 2 billion shipments (17% of the market), are expected to expand at a slower compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7% through FY30. In contrast, e-commerce shipments are projected to grow at a significantly faster CAGR of 23-24%, reaching 15-16 billion shipments by FY30. This accelerated expansion is driven by a broader range of product offerings, deeper market penetration and advancements in supply chain infrastructure. Additionally, the lines between conventional courier services and e-commerce logistics are increasingly blurring as both segments expand into new service domains, adapting to evolving consumer demands.
